She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas. Her practice specializes in mental health counseling for first responders. Rebecca is also a lead clinician for the West Coast Post Trauma Retreat (WCPR) Kansas satellite program, a residential treatment program for first responders. As the spouse of a firefighter and the sibling of a retired law enforcement officer, Rebecca is familiar with the culture and common struggles that accompany that commitment. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a research based treatment method proven effective in treating trauma among first responders.
